We are seeking a talented and motivated individual with a passion for backend development and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months of internship experience in Node.js and MongoDB, demonstrating a solid understanding of server-side development principles. What you’ll do
Backend Development:
- Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, test, and maintain backend services for the KoinX platform.
- Work with Node.js to build scalable, efficient, and secure server-side applications.
Database Management:
- Utilise MongoDB to manage and optimise data storage and retrieval processes.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient querying within the database.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Documentation:
- Document codebase, APIs, and development processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Who you are/What you possess
- Minimum 3 months as intern and 6 months hands-on experience, specifically working with Node.js and MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of server-side development, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with database design, optimization, and maintenance using MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.

Interview Process:
- Pre-Screening Interview:
Resume screening will check basic qualifications, followed by a brief recruiter call to discuss the candidate’s background and experience
- Skills Assessment/Assignment Round:
Candidates are given a specific task or assignment related to the role.
- Google Meet Interview:
A virtual interview with the Tech team, discussion of the candidate’s relevant experience and skills followed by a coding exercise based on the assignment above.
- Final Interview with HR:
A final interview with the HR, to assess cultural fit, alignment with company goals, and long-term potential.
