About the role
We are looking to onboard a full stack engineer:
- Upto 2 years of work experience
- Comfortable in Python, JS
- Past experience of building personal projects (must have)
- Interested in dev tools
About the interview
In this candidate, our main focus is to look for an high potential engineer who is comfortable with working on things from scratch, has the adaptability for fast prototyping with user feedback and has a knack for design.
The first step would be a digital screening of the candidate.
The second step would be a 1:1 with a co-founder, an introductory call.
The third step would be a technical interview. This would either be taken by one of the co-founders and/or the founding engineers.
About Doctor Droid
WHAT WE DO
At Doctor Droid, we are building tooling in the observability & monitoring category. Our product enables engineers to speed up their on-call investigations. Currently, we are in the beta. We are a fast moving company and have built multiple products to support engineering teams’ critical pain points:
- On-Call Assistant: Speed up on-call troubleshooting and investigations by leveraging past knowledge
- Kenobi: A Platform designed for real-time analytics and alerting
- Alert Audit Report: Understand the noise and quality of alerts in your critical slack channels
VISION
Think if anyone in the team can debug an average production issue without requiring to involve a senior engineer (or a team of engineers?). Wouldn’t that be wonderful? That’s what we are working towards.
