Upper Age Limit:
✔️ Company Secretary: 42 years
✔️ Executive: 30 years
Educational Qualification:
Associate Membership (ACS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience:
✔️ Company Secretary: Minimum 10 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Executive: Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
