We are seeking a skilled React Developer with back-end expertise to join our team on a part-time basis. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end components of our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the back-end components of our React-based web applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient APIs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of the applications.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
Requirements:
Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB or MySQL.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Additional Information:
This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
The salary will be reviewed after the initial 2-month period, with the possibility of a significant increase based on performance evaluation.

Flexible working hours.
Transition to Full-Time:
From the 3rd month onwards, upon successful performance evaluation and salary raise, the position will transition to full-time with a salary of 12 LPA INR.
