Flipkart is building a team of Application Engineers who will be responsible for ensuring application health, optimizing software application, performance, debugging the code to identify the code fix, deliver long term bug fixes to reduce operational load, and influence product management and product development to achieve operational and engineering excellence.
We’re seeking talented Computer Science and Information Technology women graduates from the Engineering Batch of 2024 to join us as Application Engineers.
Key Requirements:
- Open to Women Engineers who have graduated in 2024 (BE/BTech) with a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology ONLY.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (Git)
- Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
CTC: 10.7 Lakhs Per Annum
[Breakup: 7 Lac Base Pay + 70k Variable Pay + 1.5 Joining Bonus + 1.5 Retention Bonus

– RB: 1.5 Lakh – payable in 25th month with clawback of 1 year from date of payment
