What would you do? 15+ years of experience in providing expertise to the team including the management and reporting of the program and project schedules.
• Provide specialist support to Programs and will be responsible for executing allocated project tasks to agreed quality standards and timeframes, coordinate resources, reporting, maintaining project documentation, and project schedules, assisting with making updates to project and/or program status reports, PMO governance across customer projects and overseeing Dependency, Issues and Risks Management and associated registers.
• Stakeholder management, guiding & training them in adhering to Project Management best practices.
• Risk & Issue Management, SP Access Management, Project closure procedure and various PMO activities are been executed.
• Performing Requirement Traceability Matrix or Contractual Deliverable list.
• Interacting with vendors across the globe for establishment, progress update of the program plan at regular intervals and perform impact analysis with schedule management suggestion.
• Responsible and accountable for the coordinated Project Management Operations especially schedule management for multiple accounts.
• Build credibility, establish rapport and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Review the PMO Weekly Status Report and Utilization Summary prepared by the planners of the respective accounts.
• Act as liaison and provide leadership for team and area of responsibility. Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development. Ability to see, account for, and coach others in the Schedule Management.
• As an active member of Service Integration and Management team interacting with Suppliers, representing Client.
• Understanding of Wealth Management business is a plus especially from a resource management prospective. What are we looking for?
• Creating and updating project plans for all active projects, ensuring they meet project management standards
• Identify and actively manage the project slippage, critical path due to the impact of revised actual dates
• Primary point of contact for the status of the project scope, deliverables & milestones • Assigning the new project plan & ownership to the project server
• Reviewing, tracking the actuals for each project referring the labor report with the respective PMs in a weekly basis
• Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion and to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Monitor project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance.
• Conceptualizing, monitoring & controlling integrated project plan, requirements management plan
• Work performance reports are generated to take decisions, actions and awareness
• Documenting project roles, responsibilities, required skills, reporting relationships to ease the communication management. ? Coordinating Communication with Stakeholders within project and Resources across projects. ? Assisting business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project and team plans. ? Active participation in setting the Project Governance framework. ? Assisting Professional Services Team Leaders to support and manage their staff through effective Scheduling mentoring. Roles and Responsibilities:
